David Dragich and Amanda Vintevoghel Named to Michigan Super Lawyers 2019

The Dragich Law Firm is pleased to announce that two of the firm’s attorneys have been recognized in Michigan Super Lawyers 2019.

Michigan Super Lawyers is a listing of outstanding lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement as well as the highest point totals during the Michigan Super Lawyers nomination, research and blue ribbon review process.

The attorneys recognized on this year’s Michigan Super Lawyers list include:

  • David Dragich—Bankruptcy, has been selected to Super Lawyers since 2014, and was recognized as a Super Lawyers—Rising Star from 2011-2013
  • Amanda Vintevoghel—Bankruptcy, has been recognized as a Super Lawyers—Rising star, in both 2018 and 2019

Amanda Vintevoghel Participates as Speaker and Moderator at Turnaround Management Association Events

Amanda Vintevoghel, who began her term as President of the Turnaround Management Association Detroit Chapter on July 1, 2019, recently participated as a panelist on the “Alternatives to Bankruptcy” panel at the TMA Annual Conference in Cleveland, Ohio. Amanda shared insights from the perspective of counsel to a borrower to the audience of the sold-out conference, which took place from September 25-27.

Amanda will also be moderating a panel discussing topics related to receiverships at the TMA Detroit Chapter Network of Women (NOW) annual luncheon in November at the Townsend Hotel in Birmingham, Michigan.

Amanda Vintevoghel Elected 2019 President of the Turnaround Management Association Detroit Chapter

Amanda Vintevoghel recently began her term as President of the Detroit Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association (“TMA”). She began her year-long stint as president on July 1, 2019. Among other things, Amanda hopes to work with the chapter’s leadership to continue to enhance the overall membership experience through quality programming and broaden the membership base during her term.

Amanda has been a member of TMA since 2012, and has served in various roles for the Detroit Chapter, including as president of NextGen, which focuses on cultivating membership and participation in the TMA among professionals ages 40 and under. She has also served as a panel moderator at the 2017 TMA Mid-America Restructuring Conference and the TMA NextGen Signs of Distress Program—Spring 2017. Additionally, Amanda was awarded the 2018 TMA NextGen “Top of the Class Award,” which is given bi-annually to professionals who have reached a significant level of success in the turnaround and restructuring industry before the age of 40.
